Return Conditions
All products purchased through our website are subject to the following terms, with the sole exception of gift cards. Returns may be made within 14 days from the date the product is delivered; after this period, the return will no longer be considered valid. For a return to be accepted, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, and the product must be returned in its original packaging.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the product. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of the return. Only if the return is approved will the refund be issued—within 30 days from the acceptance notice—credited to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
If 30 days have passed since the acceptance of your return and you have not yet received your refund, please first contact your bank and/or credit card issuer to verify whether the delay is due to issues related to their services. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the refund. In the event of a return, the customer agrees to ship the product back to our company using insured shipping for an amount at least equal to the purchase price of the product.
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Even in this case, the product must be returned within 14 days of delivery. In all cases, the refund will be issued to the person who made the purchase, using the same payment method originally used.
Non‑Conforming Product
In the case of defective and/or damaged products, we will guarantee their replacement only if the non‑conformity is due to a manufacturing defect attributable to our company. This excludes any situation in which the defect or damage is caused by actions or interventions by the customer.
For any replacement request, please send an email to shop@italiabellaamoremio.it, documenting any defects and/or irregularities. Once we receive your communication, our company will review the case and inform you whether the conditions for replacement are met.
