Product description
The canvas depicts the triumphant entry into Milan of the Italian and French armies during the Second War of Independence (1859). The two columns advance in tight formation, with the Italian tricolour and the French flags waving high above their heads. In front of the Arch of Peace, imposing in its neoclassical architecture, King Victor Emmanuel II and Emperor Napoleon III ride side by side, united in a gesture that seals the alliance destined to shape the future of the peninsula.
In the background lies the piazza d’armi, today Parco Sempione, a vast green space that frames the arch like a natural backdrop. The Arch of Peace, Arch del Sempion in Milanese, dominates the scene with its complex, layered history. Its foundation stone was laid in 1807, when Milan was the capital of the Napoleonic Kingdom of Italy: the arch was meant to celebrate Napoleon’s victories. With the emperor’s fall in 1814, construction halted, only to resume in 1826 under Austrian rule, which altered its meaning by dedicating it to the European peace established by the Congress of Vienna in 1815. The monument was inaugurated in 1838 by Emperor Ferdinand I of Austria, becoming a symbol of the Restoration.
It was in 1859, however, that the monument found its definitive consecration: the joint entrance of Napoleon III and Victor Emmanuel II, following the victory at Magenta, transformed the arch into an emblem of the Risorgimento. What had been conceived to celebrate Napoleon, and completed by the Austrians to mark the end of his era, now became the ideal gateway of a unifying Italy.
Thus conceived, the canvas restores a solemn and meaningful moment: two allied armies, two sovereigns, and an arch that encapsulates half a century of European history, becoming the symbol of a new national identity finally taking shape.

Our Mission
Our project is a playful‑cultural experience designed for anyone who wants to live history in a new way:
from teenagers, who can approach the great events of the past in an engaging and enjoyable manner, to enthusiasts who wish to enrich their homes with artistic canvases capable of elegantly telling the stories and protagonists of our nation’s past.
The characters we portray are not simply figures from history: they are the roots of our identity, the voices that shaped our culture, our way of thinking, and even the places we inhabit.
Beyond visual impact, we want to restore the pleasure of touch: not only through the natural texture of cotton, but also through the tactile depth and glossy highlights achieved during printing — details that add dimension and a uniquely sensory feel.
In an age dominated by digital screens, our canvases invite you to rediscover an authentic, physical, and sensorial experience.
It is a product that blends quality and culture — but above all, it is an invitation to rediscover the pride of belonging to an extraordinary history.
Because being Italian means carrying with us a heritage that deserves to be celebrated.
Where are our products made?
Our products are entirely made in Italy, within the Over S.r.l. facility — a company active in the cardboard sector since 1978.
In 2025, a production department dedicated to digital printing for visual communication was introduced, allowing us to combine industrial expertise and aesthetic research within a single production space.
Every stage of the process takes place in‑house: from design to printing, from production to packaging, all the way to shipping. Everything is managed in our warehouse, giving us direct control over quality, materials, and timing.
IBAM is a registered trademark of Over Srl: a choice that ensures 100% Italian production, a short supply chain, and high quality standards.
For us, ‘Made in Italy’ is not a label — it is a concrete process, followed step by step.
What materials do we use for our products?
We place great importance on the quality of our canvas prints, made from 100% cotton — plastic‑free and naturally eco‑friendly.
We use GREENGUARD Gold‑certified inks, which ensure vibrant colors and exceptional long‑term stability, enhancing every historical and iconographic detail.
Likewise, for our cat beds we use corrugated cardboard, a fully eco‑sustainable material thanks to its recyclable nature.
A choice that combines environmental respect, functionality, and care for our four‑legged friends.
Difference between Textured Finish and Flat Finish
The textured finish allows for extremely realistic reproductions, adding depth and three‑dimensionality to the image.
Thanks to the use of up to nine layers of matte and glossy UV varnish, it creates a raised effect that simulates real brushstrokes and enhances the most distinctive details of the illustration.
High‑definition flat illustrations, on the other hand, use a single layer of matte UV varnish: they have no relief, but ensure vibrant, stable colors that remain resistant over time and to sunlight.
